How fast do orders ship?
Unless otherwise marked as preorder, orders will ship out within 5 business days, aiming to drop them off on Wednesdays. If you have ordered something and it has been over 7 business days without receipt of a tracking number, please contact us at [email protected] or via the succubuns discord!
Where do orders ship from?
Succubuns shop orders are fulfilled by the Succubuns admin team and ship from Massachusetts.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping is as affordable as we can make it! Shipping rates have gone up severely in the past few years. At this time, we use USPS. We are constantly checking shipping rates to see if it's possible to adjust them to be more affordable.
Can you ship to the UK?
Yes we can!
Can you ship to Russia?
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Russia at this time. There is not an estimated timeline for when we will be able to ship to Russia.
Are orders tracked?
All international orders are tracked. For domestic US orders, all orders are tracked EXCEPT for paper-only orders (meaning stickers and prints!). Those are sent via USPS letter mail and will only have a stamp.
My order got lost in the mail! What do I do?
Email us! We are more than happy to replace your order, but we need to know it's missing first!
Why don't you sell merch of ______?
We have so many ides for Succubuns merch! There are lots of characters, imps, and site locations we want to make merch of, but they all take time. New merch will be added periodically, so make sure to keep an eye on news posts and the site.
How often is the shop updated?
We'll aim to have new items again in the future, but free game and website updates will always take priority over merch!
When will the shop open and close?
We'll have the shop open for as long as we have stock and time to ship orders. Generally shop openings will last 1-2 weeks before closing down for ordering new and restock!
Can I buy items with Carats?
Because merchandise costs money to produce, we cannot sell it for carats at this time. If merchandise is ever offered for carats, it will be announced on site and in the official Succubuns discord!
